Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0 (draft)

Draft pending owner sign-off. Operator identity is filled in; governing-law and commercial terms marked [FILL] should be confirmed with counsel before publication. Nothing here is legal advice.

These Terms govern your use of aiboostmy.com (the "Site") and the free Digital Score assessment (the "Service"). By using the Site or requesting a score, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

01 Who we are

The Service is provided by Maksim Panasenko, sole proprietor (monotributo), Buenos Aires, Argentina (CUIT 20-96494877-2). Full identification details are in our Legal Notice. Contact: privacy@aiboostmy.com.

02 The Service

You submit a website URL and an email address. We analyse the public content of that page and email you an automated "Digital Score" report covering performance, on-page SEO and booking/lead signals, plus suggestions. The free score is provided as-is and at no cost.

  • We analyse only publicly accessible pages — never anything behind a login.
  • You must have the right to request analysis of the URL you submit.
  • One report is sent per request; we may rate-limit or refuse abusive or automated use.

03 Digital Score disclaimer

The Digital Score is an automated, informational estimate — not professional, legal, financial or guaranteed technical advice. It is generated by software from a snapshot of your public web page at one moment in time.

  • Scores and benchmarks are relative and indicative; they do not represent a certified audit or any official ranking.
  • Competitor comparisons are anonymised and approximate, derived from public data.
  • We make no guarantee that acting on the report will increase traffic, leads, revenue, search rankings or conversions.
  • Results can vary with factors outside our control (your market, your changes, third-party platforms, search-engine algorithms).
  • You are responsible for your own business decisions; verify anything material independently before acting on it.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you have no right to test, or use the Service to attack or overload third-party sites.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automation to bypass rate limits or anti-spam protection.
  • Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or republish the Service or scoring methodology without permission.

05 Intellectual property

The Site, the report format, and the scoring methodology belong to the operator. Your submitted URL and email remain yours; we use them only as described in the Privacy Policy. The report we send is for your own internal use.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on the Digital Score. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights. [FILL any liability cap once paid services launch]

07 Paid services

The Digital Score is free. Any paid website-rebuild engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, price, delivery and payment terms), not by these Terms. [FILL reference to service agreement when available]

08 Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

09 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country. Any paid US client engagement may instead specify US governing law in its own service agreement. [FILL confirm jurisdiction with counsel]
